Show/hide player

The player window which opens when you first fire up VMX is capable of being shown or hidden. It is displayed as standard, however you may hide the player from view and show it again at any time.

“hide player” to hide

“show player” to show.

Simples!

Please note that on some installations using “hide player” can affect communication with the player a little, it seems to affect volume data coming from the player to the VMX Plugin. You may experience error messages in VoiceAttack’s log stating not being able to resolve token after issuing a ‘volume up/down’ command. This means there is blank data being received from the player. The volume will still change, but VMX will not receive the new volume % data. It’s a minor thing and seems to be related to Windows handling of processes, it’s rare, but it happens. Just so you’re aware.
